Mel Bandeira

I am a Brazilian London-based designer / maker with passion for creating unique pieces of jewellery. Patterns, decorative ornaments, forms and shapes found in different cultures always fascinated me and I apply these elements into my work gathering inspiration from nature, fashion, architecture and travels.

My designs are also influenced by my mixed background, in past years I’ve dabbled in many types of art such as, graphic design, product design, illustration, mosaic to name a few, but is shaping, forming and texturing the metal that I can truly express myself.

Mel Bandeira Jewellery is lovingly handcrafted in my studio in London using brass, precious metals and semi-precious gemstones and each piece is a little part of me, I hope you get as much enjoyment wearing my creations as I have had in creating them.
